"We made our first visit yesterday and we ate the sweet potato black bean stew for lunch. It was delicious - as in lick-the-bowl yummers.
I am very fussy about ingredients and cook most all of our meals from scratch with as much locally sourced as possible (I even do this for my cute doggie). I am thrilled to find a resource that I can use and helps me on those busy days when I’m pressed for time and tired or just need a break and feel good about it.
Your concept is brilliant! I also appreciate the variety of offerings, the good portion sizes that includes a nice selection of vegetarian meals and the much loved classic comfort foods, what we crave when we are tired or unwell.
We will most certainly be back. Thank you!" - Nan
"Wow RCK, you are a life saver. Incredibly delicious food that I feel good about eating and feeding to my family that takes no time to put on the table at an amazing price. THANK YOU!" -Lucy

"A couple of RCK dinners in the freezer and I'm ready to face a busy week, even if it includes late day meetings, double ski practices, piano lessons and a missed trip to the grocery store.” -Amanda
